RECEIVES NATIONAL AWARD
The Gold Dust was recently awarded a 2005 AIA Award in their Show
You're Green program. One of eight awards in the nation, this is
a high honor for the Gold Dust which features many sustainable building
practices. The Gold Dust is featured on the award website at www.designadvisor.org.

Missoula in Motion's Bike Walk Bus Week
homeWORD participated in
Missoula in Motion's Bike Walk Bus Week. 100% of the staff at homeWORD
either biked, walked, bused, or carpooled to work for an entire week
to show our support for transportation alternatives. This event is
very well-received in Missoula and homeWORD is honored to be the grand
prize winner for the small business division.

Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing
homeWORD is proud
to have been awarded a first place MetLife Foundation 2004 Award for
Excellence in Affordable
Housing in October 2004. This national award recognizes our property
and asset management of Fireweed Court, a 12-unit development in Missoula.
Six
years since
its completion, “Fireweed Court demonstrates that good design
and responsible management can work together to create and sustain
an affordable housing development that can be the pride of its residents
