We offer free one-on-one housing and financial counseling with our HUD Certified Housing Counselors. Whether you need one-on-one financial counseling, renter counseling or pre-purchase counseling before you buy a home, we’re here to provide support!

FINANCIAL COUNSELING. Create an action plan to take control of your money, get out of debt, build your savings and make wise decisions with your money.

RENTER COUNSELING. Work with a certified counselor to develop an action plan to overcome barriers to finding and getting into rental housing, better understand your rights and responsibilities as a renter and create a household budget to ensure long-term success.

PRE-PURCHASE COUNSELING. Get ready to buy a home by reviewing your budget, setting savings goals, overcoming any credit issues and identifying your best financing options. Our counselor also provides general encouragement and support to help you stay motivated and reach your goal of becoming a homeowner. Post-purchase counseling is also available.
