Drue Navidomskis is a project engineer at WGM Group, Inc. and has worked in the civil engineering industry since graduating from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2018. Growing up throughout the U.S. (and beyond!) as a military kid, Drue moved to Missoula in 2020 and was blown away by the sense of welcome and community that exists here. After having the opportunity to work on a design team for the Trinity Mullan and Trinity Cooley properties for Homeword, Drue was inspired by the opportunity to use her developed skillset to deliver on a project that has had an immediate positive change on the Missoula community. Translating an engineering design skillset that is largely calculation-based, and using it to deliver on projects that have deep meaning to a community, has helped to bring full circle her care for humanity and the positive impact each of us can have with the skillsets we bring to the table. Drue is excited to be a part of Homeword’s Project Committee to use her engineering design and construction background to help Homeword continue moving their mission forward on future projects.
