Kaitlyn first joined Homeword as our sustainable development intern in the summer of 2023 and was thrilled to return in 2025 as our administrative specialist. In this role, she supports all departments, serving as the first point of contact for the public and keeping our office operations running smoothly.

Originally from out of state, Kaitlyn moved to Montana in early 2020 after years of visiting and planning to move here one day. When the chance to make it home came along, she jumped at it.

A self-proclaimed "neat freak" with a love for stationery and organization, Kaitlyn thrives on streamlining processes and tackling detail-oriented projects. Her best days are spent bringing order to chaos.

Kaitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Montana, with a concentration in sustainable livelihoods and communities. She’s excited to put her education into action while supporting Homeword’s mission through her work.
