Tucker joined the Homeword team in September 2025 as a project manager. In his role, he helps guide projects that bring affordable housing to communities across Montana, working closely with partners and team members to ensure each development supports Homeword’s mission and values.

A true believer in Homeword’s impact, Tucker is passionate about the organization’s work to strengthen communities through financial education and the creation of safe, affordable homes for Montanans who need them most.

At work, Tucker is known for his curiosity and drive to learn, always asking questions and taking in as much as he can about the many moving parts of development. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors with his three boys.

Tucker served 14 years in the U.S. Air Force and earned an associate’s degree from Community College of the Air Force. He has also taken numerous PMP and other project management courses.
